Paving Pros Llc is seeking an experienced Paving Foreman to lead daily operations for paving crews across multiple sites around Raleigh. The role requires hands-on management of projects, coordination with asphalt plants and trucks, and ensuring quality and profitability of each day’s work.

Routine duties include supervising the crew, communicating with the plant, and submitting daily work orders. The position runs Monday–Friday with weekend availability required, and includes a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Paving Foreman: 3 years (Required)
• Asphalt Construction: 5 years (Required)
• Operating Asphalt Equipment: 5 years (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of job and crew.
• Ensure quality work is performed at all times.
• Managing trucks and ensure to cut off at appropriate time.
• Managing daily communication with the plant and quarries.
• Measuring area of work being performed to ensure limited to NO overage on materials.
• Communication with operations manager on any issues that may arise during the performance of the job.
• Ensure quality and profitability of daily paving operation.
• Communication with asphalt plant and truckers throughout the day.
• Complete daily work order forms and submit at end of day.
