The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in paving management and 5 years in asphalt construction and equipment operation. Job requirements:

Manage daily operations of job and crew.

Ensure quality work is performed at all times.

Managing trucks and ensure to cut off at appropriate time.

Managing material orders.

Measuring area of work being performed to ensure limited to NO overage on materials.

Communication with Project managers on any issues that may arise during the operation of the job.

Ensure quality and profitability of daily paving operation.

Complete daily work order forms and submit at end of day.

Work Location: 70+ Mile Radius of Raleigh. Report to Corporate Office in AM.
