Qualifications

• Strong understanding of asphalt paving operations and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Experience with paving and rolling equipment and related processes.
• Knowledge of grading and site preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise paving crews to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement on site.
• Train crew on equipment use and paving techniques; monitor performance.
• Ensure equipment is operated and maintained safely and efficiently.
• Track project performance, costs, materials, and staffing needs.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation of new employees and safety policies.
• Communicate updates and issues to project leadership in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
