Job summary

American Regent is seeking a Senior Team Member on the Manufacturing Team in Ohio. The role oversees and signs off on manufacturing activities in the absence of the supervisor, mentors junior operators, and ensures proper operation of isolators, lyophilizer, and related equipment.

The position requires experience with aseptic filling processes, batch documentation, and adherence to SOPs and cGMPs. It involves setup/teardown, line clearances, and involvement in tech transfer from R&D.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical degree a plus.
• 1 year as a Filling Operator or 4 years related experience preferred.
• Experience with HMI-PLC/SCADA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, stages and returns production materials.
• Assists with equipment assembly, cleaning, and storage.
• Maintains cleanliness of equipment and areas.
• Ensures inventory and proper materials are used.
• Keeps training records current and compliant.
• Operates filling line stations and offloads finished product.
• Performs QC sample handling and timely delivery to QC.
• Performs basic machine diagnostics and repairs.
• Participates in training programs.
