Responsibilities and Qualifications
Oversee the artisan bread and bagel baking team at our family‑owned bakery café in the Finger Lakes. Guide a talented crew in producing award‑winning artisan bread and traditional New York boiled and baked bagels. Candidates must have a track record of successful management and a culinary degree or equivalent experience. Experience with bakery production software is a plus. Positive and proactive leadership is required.
