Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Armed Security Site Supervisor to lead a security team in maintaining client facility security, enforcing access control, and responding to emergencies. The role reports to the Vice President of Security.

Must meet licensure requirements and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications include at least 5 years in security supervision, a High School diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), and the ability to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years in security or law enforcement supervision.
• Must meet state licensure requirements for Security Site Supervisor.
• Must be 18+ with no felony or serious misdemeanor convictions and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Direct Security Team Members and enforce access control.
• Respond to emergencies and complete required reports.
• Conduct security patrols and site quality control across shifts.
• Prepare and present oral and written security reports.
