Legends Global in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Production and Event Manager at John Paul Jones Arena to plan and oversee events from advance to post-event. You will coordinate with promoters, staff, and service providers to ensure successful execution and profitability.

The role requires at least 2 years of live production experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Competenze

• 2+ years concert and live production experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Knowledge of facility management, services, and equipment for arenas.

Mansioni

• Plan and organize events with promoters/clients; promote venue features to increase profitability.
• Coordinate technical requirements, diagrams, riders, advances, and labor/ equipment orders.
• Interpret contracts and guide clients on policies and procedures; supervise event staff and ensure successful events.
• Prepare cost estimates and final billing with the finance team; communicate deadlines and staffing needs.
• Monitor events day-of, follow up on client requests, and resolve issues promptly; supervise on-site staff.
