Job summary

Legends Global partners with UVA to manage John Paul Jones Arena events, delivering professional client services for meetings, concerts, and athletic events. The Production and Event Manager coordinates with clients, staff, and service contractors to ensure successful events from planning through execution.

The role requires live production experience, venue-management knowledge, and the ability to supervise event-day staff while optimizing scheduling and costs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years concert and live production experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Working knowledge of the principles of facility management, services, and equipment; venue management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets with promoters and client groups to plan and organize events and promote all stadium features/services.
• Coordinate with promoters to obtain technical requirements, develop diagrams, rider fulfillment, and labor scheduling.
• Interpret contracts and policies for promoters/clients and explain procedures.
