Job summary

SERA Architects seeks a senior project leader to supervise and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring design and documentation meet studio standards. You will define client goals, negotiate contracts, and guide project scope, schedule, and budgets across diverse projects.

The role requires a Bachelor or Master’s degree, architecture license (preferred), and 8+ years of experience, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree from an accredited program.
• Architectural License preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in architecture or related fields.
• Knowledge of OSSC/ADAAG and ability to apply variances/appeals.
• Leadership capabilities and mentoring of project teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, plan, and review the work of project teams.
• Build internal teams with skills/interests suited to project needs.
• Contribute to building external teams.
• Define goals/objectives required by client and team.
• Assist in preparation of contracts and negotiations.
• Prioritize goals, scope, and tasks to meet client needs.

Education

Bachelor or Master’s degree from an accredited program

Architectural License preferred

8+ years of experience

OSSC/ADAAG knowledge

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
