Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field experience, RA licensure, and willingness to travel throughout NYC boroughs; data capture and reporting support via SharePoint and mobile tools are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' field experience evaluating architectural systems.
• Registered Architect (RA) licensure required.
• Willingness to travel to NYC boroughs for field assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site visual assessments of architectural systems.
• Document deficiencies with notes and photos; coordinate with assessors.
• Support data capture, QA/QC, and reporting via standardized tools.
