Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture degree required; professional degree a plus.
• Proficiency in Revit and BlueBeam is required.
• 5–10+ years of experience in an architecture firm.
• Excellent organization and ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with a diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team from project inception through all phases.
• Prepare design drawings, models, and specifications as directed.
• Research and apply zoning, site planning, and building codes.
• Integrate architectural design with structural, MEP systems.
• Develop architectural detailing for project documents.
• Participate in technical discussions with contractor, consultants, and clients.
• Coordinate team and project through construction phase.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to align work across internal/external teams.
• Deliver high quality aligned with scope, budget and goals.
• Build new and future client relationships.
