Job summary

E-logic seeks a Lead Architect / Senior Software Developer to drive modernization, refactoring, and technical expansion of the Secure HIV-TRACE program from CDC.

You will lead architectural evolution toward a modular, high-performance software base and develop secure RESTful APIs to integrate analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau. This role collaborates with cloud engineers and bioinformatics specialists to optimize performance in an AWS environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Python, C++, and JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Node.js).
• Extensive experience architecting and deploying applications using AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, ParallelCluster).
• Proven track record in legacy code refactoring and microservices/modular architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design, system refactoring, and transition toward a modular, scalable software architecture.
• Develop high-performance back-end and front-end solutions using Python, C++, and JavaScript (React.js, Node.js).
