Job summary

GFF is seeking a Project Leader in our Mixed Use & Multifamily studio in Dallas to guide design from concept through construction, mentor a team, and ensure outcomes that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and clients, develop design proposals, manage schedules and budgets, and maintain high standards of quality and coordination across all phases of complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of professional architecture experience with project leadership.
• 5+ years of multifamily experience, including wood-frame projects valued $50–$150 million.
• Experience coordinating consultant engineering (civil, structural, MEP).
• Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp.
• Professional registration; LEED certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design phases from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to client specs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Develop and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a team of architects to promote innovation and excellence.
• Oversee preparation of architectural documents and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Foster client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction with project outcomes.
