GFF is seeking a Project Leader/Architect for their Mixed Use and Multifamily studio in Dallas. Lead design from concept through final documents, guiding a team of designers and engineers on high-rise and podium projects valued up to hundreds of millions.

Strong leadership, communication, and regulatory know-how are essential to deliver complex architectural solutions. Ideal applicants hold a professional degree in architecture, 8+ years in the field with 5+ years in multifamily, and proficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture.
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in architecture with project leadership.
Minimum 5 years of multifamily experience including wood-frame projects valued from $50M to $150M.
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory processes; LEED a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural design phases from concept to completion per client specifications and regulations.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and clients to enable seamless project execution.
Develop design proposals, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for stakeholders.
Mentor and manage a team of architects; promote innovation and excellence.
Oversee architectural document preparation and adherence to industry standards.
