Brigham Young University (BYU) is seeking an Architect to provide comprehensive planning, design, and project management for remodeling and new construction across campus. You will lead design teams, review documents, ensure code compliance, and seal projects as required, delivering high quality outcomes for a prestigious university.

The role requires a licensed Utah architect, 10 years of experience, and strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited program or equivalent education and experience.
Ten years of progressively responsible experience in an architectural office or institutional facilities planning.
Five years using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu.
Current Utah Architect license.
Deep knowledge of BIM standards and building codes.

Responsabilidades

Serve as the primary project manager and architectural lead for assigned in-house construction projects.
Lead Design Project Manager and/or Architect of Record on select contract projects.
Serve as the University's architectural representative for projects designed by outside consultants.
Architectural Review & Sealing – review and seal projects requiring an architectural seal.
Maintain knowledge of assigned projects to provide professional oversight and direction.
Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to BYU's mission and values.
