Ideal candidates bring 12+ years of experience, licensure, and strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and BIM management, with a track record of delivering high-quality design that supports climate-positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture and licensure to practice.
• 12+ years of architectural design and leadership experience.
• Experience with mixed-use, institutional, public, or complex project typologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deliver projects with a focus on client needs and community impact.
• Develop and manage client relationships and project teams across disciplines.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain design standards and quality control.
• Oversee project coordination, BIM workflows, and construction documentation.
