ERM is seeking a Managing Technical Consultant, Archaeologist to lead multidisciplinary cultural resources projects across the United States. You will oversee fieldwork, reports, and client engagement while mentoring teams and expanding ERM's market presence in cultural resources.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, project management, and business development with national scope and occasional field activities across the US.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Anthropology, Archaeology, or closely related field plus 8+ years of related paid experience.
• Strong communication and technical writing capabilities.
• Experience managing client relationships and business development.
• Familiarity with permitting regulations for cultural resources.

Responsabilités

• Oversee literature reviews, field reconnaissance, surveys and excavation for archaeological studies.
• Provide technical consulting to grow ERM's archaeology and cultural heritage business.
• Coordinate with other ERM practice areas to share resources nationwide.
• Represent ERM with state, federal, and local agencies; communicate with clients regularly.
• Lead, manage, hire, mentor staff; oversee subcontractors and field teams.
