Job summary

ERM is seeking a Managing Technical Consultant, Archaeologist to lead complex cultural resource projects across the United States. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory processes and high-quality deliverables.

The role combines technical leadership, project management and business development, with opportunities to mentor staff and expand ERM’s presence in the Cultural Resources market.
