Davey Tree Surgery Co. is seeking a climbing arborist to lead a 2-5 person crew in Fort Smith, AR, performing pruning and removal for major electric utilities. The role emphasizes safe, skilled work with chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts, and includes mentoring new staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead a 2-5 person tree crew in pruning and removal for major electric utilities, safely and skillfully.
• Prune treetops; repair damaged trees by trimming or removal; remove broken limbs from lines and structures.
• Perform job-site inspections with planning and execution of assigned tasks; maintain and operate chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, etc.
• Mentor and train new employees; safety and compliance with industry pruning guidelines.
