Bartlett Tree Experts in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader to lead a tree care crew, delivering high-quality services safely and efficiently. You will guide team members, supervise on-site work, and coordinate with the Arborist Representative and Local Manager to meet job goals.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) experience.
• Experience supervising and coordinating tree-care crews.
• Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred).

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks, including pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, removals.
• Properly maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Mentoring crew members and ensuring jobs meet safety standards and client needs.
• Communicating with clients and managing crew to deliver high-quality results.
