Qualifications

• Three+ years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver’s license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks including pruning, cabling/bracing, rigging, and removals.
• Maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Supervising crews and training team members for designated jobs.
• Communicating with clients and maintaining relationships.
• Ensuring work aligns with industry and Bartlett standards.
