Job summary

Landmark Aquatic, LLC is seeking a Construction/Renovation Superintendent to oversee on-site coordination of commercial pool projects. You will manage subcontractors, material flow, and equipment while ensuring adherence to specifications, schedule, and budget across multiple sites.

You will lead self-perform crews, enforce safety standards, review plans, and communicate with the project team to resolve issues and maintain progress. Travel to job sites is required as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of aquatic building experience.
• Must be able to travel to jobsite(s) as assigned.
• Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Meet and maintain a driver qualification policy MR.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet critical path timelines.
• Order appropriate equipment and manage material stock.
• Lead self-perform manpower including carpenters, plumbers, and laborers.
• Perform quality control duties and site safety responsibilities.
• Maintain daily written jobsite log and monitor progress.
• Attend pre-construction and coordination meetings.
• Identify non-compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Communicate with project team to resolve conflicts and ensure scope compliance.
• Keep jobsite clean, organized, and within budget.
• Assist in budgeting, bidding, and subcontract award processes.
