Job summary

Landmark Aquatic, LLC is actively seeking a Construction/Renovation Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for commercial pool projects, coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment within budget and timeline. Emphasis on safety, quality control, and daily site documentation.

Ideal candidates bring 5 years of aquatic-building experience and a Construction Management degree (or equivalent) with the ability to travel to multiple job sites.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of aquatic building experience with a Construction Management Degree or equivalent.
• Must be able to travel to job sites as assigned.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Meet and maintain a driver qualification policy.
• Experience reading plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Order the appropriate equipment for projects.
• Keep track of material stock and orders.
• Lead self-perform crews including carpenters, plumbers, and laborers.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities.
• Communicate with the project team.
• Ensure full execution of contracted scope by teams and subs.
• Identify non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Identify conflicts in progress and escalate to the team.
• Maintain daily written logs of activities on site.
• Perform superintendent duties at multiple job sites simultaneously.
• Walk project daily to monitor progress and plan ahead.
• Attend pre-construction meetings to coordinate work.
