Job summary

Landmark Aquatic is seeking a Construction/Renovation Superintendent- Concrete to provide on-site coordination for commercial pool construction projects. You will manage subcontractors, materials, equipment, and ensure adherence to specifications, schedules, and budgets.

The role requires 5+ years of aquatic building experience in the concrete field, ability to travel to job sites, and strong safety, planning, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Provide direction to and resolve issues amongst subcontractors, vendors, and key employees.
• Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution.
• Experience reading plans and specifications.
• Endurance to visit entire job site, including stairs or elevated structures.
• Monitoring jobsite general health and safety.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Values teamwork and constructive feedback.
• Open to travel.
• Planning and organizing to prioritize and schedule tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet critical path timelines.
• Order equipment and manage material stock and orders.
• Lead self-perform crews including carpenters, plumbers, and laborers.
• Perform quality control and ensure safety compliance.
• Communicate with project team and ensure subcontractor scope adherence.
• Identify and raise non-compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain daily jobsite logs and conduct site walk-throughs.
• Attend pre-construction meetings and participate in budgeting and subcontract awards.
• Gather submittals and maintain site records.
