Job summary

Landmark Aquatic is hiring a Construction/Renovation Superintendent to lead self-perform crews and coordinate with subcontractors across multiple job sites. Responsibilities include scheduling, material handling, safety oversight, and ensuring on-time completion within the project scope.

The role requires five years of aquatic building experience and a Construction Management degree or equivalent, with travel to job sites as assigned and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of aquatic building experience, with Construction Management Degree, or similar.
• Must be able to travel to the jobsite(s) as assigned.
• Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
• Lead teams of self-perform manpower including carpenters, plumbers, and laborers.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Communicate with project team and ensure contracted scope is followed.
• Attend pre-construction meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
