Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 6+ years of engineering experience in EPC/industrial environments.
• Familiarity with ANSI, IEEE, UL, and NEMA standards for power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the proposal team to develop technical and commercial bids.
• Review customer RFQs, determine optimal product fit, and allocate resources.
• Mentor new Application Engineers and support ramp-up.
• Interface with Sales, Procurement, and Siemens factories to ensure competitive proposals.
• Ensure timely bid delivery and alignment with BU KPIs.
