Job summary

NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) seeks a Computer Specialist (Software) to support Dynamics365 and Angular-based applications (.NET). The role involves translating business needs into functional designs, leading design discussions, and facilitating testing and user acceptance with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will modernize processes, oversee integrations, and drive quality documentation while coordinating with project managers and product owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with software development experience.
• Experience leading complex projects or major contributions is required.
• Proven ability to elicit and document business requirements and translate to design.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in Microsoft Dynamics365 and Angular applications (.Net).
• Evaluate current processes against Dynamics365 functionality and document requirements.
• Design best-practice solutions and socialize designs with stakeholders.
• Communicate designs to teams and manage design updates and testing.
• Validate that applications meet requirements and support end users.
• Produce documentation and deliverables as per methodologies.
• Lead the support team with project managers and product owners.
