Your Responsibilities as Lead Appliance Technician

As a Lead Appliance Repair Technician, you play a key role in delivering excellent customer service to our clients and supporting our team of Appliance Repair Technicians.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair home appliances through troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, communicating with customers, and collecting payments.
• Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians in diagnosing and repairing appliances.
• Serve as a technical resource and support for the team.
• Communicate effectively with the office.
