Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud or security engineering with hands-on vulnerability management across multi-product environments.
• Ability to independently set technical direction for security programs and drive remediation across surfaces.
• Experience with modern vulnerability management tooling and CVSS/EPSS.
• Deep understanding of SAST/DAST/SCA.
• Experience using AI/LLM tools to enhance security workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, operation, and improvement of the vulnerability management program and related security programs.
• Drive MTTR reduction across backlog and work with engineering teams to prioritize fixes.
• Build automation and tooling to scale detection and response across cloud, firmware/IoT, and corporate systems.
• Set technical direction, translate priorities into execution plans.
• Mentor engineers in secure design and remediation practices.
• Communicate risk and remediation tradeoffs to leadership for actionable decisions.
• Participate in security incident investigations for high-profile vulnerabilities.
• Be on call to support incident response.
