Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Property Manager for our 318-unit Prestige at Barker Cypress community in Cypress, TX. The role emphasizes leadership, operations, and delivering strong leasing results in a customer-focused environment.

You will oversee daily operations, coach onsite staff, monitor occupancy and budgets, and ensure compliant, high-quality service for residents. Candidate should live within 20 miles or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of previous apartment manager experience, including supervising onsite staff.
• Live within 20-mile radius of the property or willing to relocate.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management abilities.
• Proven sales, marketing, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for a 318-unit conventional community.
• Lead, manage, and develop onsite team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Report key performance indexes including financial and budget status, occupancy, and leasing metrics.
• Manage rent collection, address delinquencies, and monitor operating expenses.
• Investigate resident concerns, disturbances, and policy violations with professionalism.
• Drive leasing performance through sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct routine property inspections and walk-throughs.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with company procedures; strong organizational practices.
• Uphold exceptional customer service and community standards.
