The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills, with a focus on occupancy growth and expense control. Candidates must reside within 20 miles or be willing to relocate.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years experience as Apartment Manager (supervising onsite staff)
• Experience managing conventional communities of 200+ units
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius or be willing to relocate

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations for a 293-unit conventional community
• Lead, manage, and develop onsite team members through coaching and performance management
• Report KPI and budget status, occupancy, and leasing metrics
• Manage rent collection, delinquencies, and operating expenses
• Address resident concerns and enforce community policies with professionalism
• Drive leasing performance through strong sales and marketing strategies
• Conduct routine property inspections and ensure documentation/compliance
