Job summary

Dominium Management Services is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for Avery Landing, a 153-unit community in Greenville, SC. You will oversee maintenance to ensure a great living experience for residents and supervise site staff.

The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance and proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, plus HVAC/EPA experience. A valid driver’s license is preferred and on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred; CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements and address issues promptly.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Supervise site maintenance personnel and other staff as assigned.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
