Job summary
Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Summit Ridge. You will lead maintenance staff, manage service requests, and coordinate upgrades and unit turns to ensure quality outcomes.
The role requires at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience and a valid HVAC certification, plus a valid driver's license. A personal toolkit and willingness to participate in on-call rotation complete the profile.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
- Valid HVAC certification is required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A personal set of basic hand tools.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and guide maintenance staff in daily operations.
- Complete and oversee service requests for timely, high-quality results.
- Coordinate make-readies, upgrades, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all work orders and unit turns are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain organized inventory and proper use of tools/equipment.
- Support the Property Manager with maintenance projects and initiatives.
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction standards.
