The role requires at least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance and a valid HVAC License, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience required.
• Valid HVAC License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with completing daily service requests for residents.
• Support the team with unit make-readies and apartment upgrades.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing and electrical fixes.
