MAA is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a Duke Forest community. You will coordinate repairs, respond to service requests, and ensure apartments and facilities stay up to standard.

The role includes hiring, training, and developing maintenance staff to maintain excellent property conditions and leasing readiness. Requirements include 3–5 years in multifamily maintenance or supervision, HVAC experience with EPA license, and a valid driver’s

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC experience required and EPA Type II or Universal license.
• 3–5 years in multifamily property maintenance and/or supervision.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the maintenance team to repair and maintain property facilities and apartment units.
• Provide prompt, courteous responses to service requests and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain property appearance to standards and ensure market-ready apartments meet leasing demand.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of assigned maintenance staff.
