Job summary

Woodmont Real Estate Services is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Service Manager in Pleasanton, CA to lead the maintenance team, oversee interior and exterior repairs, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming community for residents.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of hands-on maintenance, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with MS Office. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and interpersonal skills; MS Office proficiency.
• Valid driver's license for company-related travel and occasional pickups.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train apartment maintenance team in essential skills: appliance repair, plumbing, painting, and more.
• Lead maintenance tasks by overseeing interior/exterior repairs, including appliances, lighting, plumbing, pool upkeep, and grounds maintenance.
• Schedule & organize daily staff routines, track inventory, and complete unit turnovers within 3-5 days.
• Enhance community by keeping grounds clean, safe, and welcoming for residents.
• Support resident services with prompt responses and quality repairs.
