Sequoia Equities in Roseville, CA is seeking an energetic Service Manager to lead a maintenance team, diagnose and solve issues, and keep a multi-million dollar asset in peak condition. You’ll work hands-on with your crew, roll up your sleeves, and set a positive, can-do tone every day.

Ideal candidates bring extensive home maintenance knowledge, from plumbing to painting, plus on-call flexibility and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership desire and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency are essential.
• Extensive knowledge of home maintenance (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting).
• On-call availability and a Monday–Friday preferred schedule are required.
• Nice-to-have: experience as a general contractor, journeyman, electrician, HVAC tech, or other skilled trades.
