The role oversees IRS form filing (1099-MISC, 1099-NEC, 1099-S), month-end closing, FOIA requests, and travel-related policies, with strong emphasis on training and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading a payments/disbursements team.
• Experience with accounts payable processing and 1099 reporting.
• Ability to train and troubleshoot accounts payable processes.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the AP/Disbursements team.
• Oversee accuracy and timely processing of vendor payments.
• Manage IRS tax form preparation and filing (1099-MISC, 1099-NEC, 1099-S).
• Oversee AP month closing and account validation for land purchasing.
• Assist FOIA requests and ensure compliance and reporting.
