Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree from ARRT-accredited institute is required.
• ARRT certification and BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 2 years radiology experience in surgery with CR equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assists Licensed Practitioner with fluoroscopic and interventional procedures.
• Coordinates research and process-improvement projects in the department.
• Manages work assignments and on-call schedule.
• Provides input on hiring and performance appraisals.
• Administers contrast with a power injector per practitioner instruction.
• Assesses patient risk for allergic reactions prior to administration.
• Operates imaging equipment and related devices.
• Completes pre- and post-procedural documentation.
