Qualifications

• 1 year minimum 1–2 years of supervisory/lead capacity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to act on and solve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and supervise staff.
• Knowledge of computer systems and software used in the area.
• Knowledge of standard procedures in anesthesia areas as per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee turnover process and improve efficiency; assist when needed.
• Review timecards, mentor staff, and coordinate education and training.
• Develop and maintain quality control and safety procedures; ensure compliance.
• Monitor resources and ensure equipment availability for surgeries.
• Coordinate intradepartmental and hospital-wide resource management.
