Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate from an accredited Anesthesia Technologists Program.
• 5 years experience as an Anesthesia Technologist in a perioperative area.
• 1–2 years minimum in a supervisory/lead capacity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to act on and solve problems; prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervises turnover processes; maintains efficiency and recommends improvements.
• Reviews timecards, mentors staff, and coordinates orientation and ongoing education.
• Establishes QA and performance improvement activities; ensures compliance with regulations.
• Collaborates with surgical teams to ensure equipment readiness for procedures.
• Prepares production and budget reports; tracks utilization and variances.
