Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking a Lead Anesthesia Technician to coordinate daily operations across the OR, GI suite, L&D, and PACU. You will ensure anesthesia equipment and supplies are ready and functioning, and support physicians, CRNAs, and surgical teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of Anesthesia Technician experience or demonstrated competency.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of anesthesia equipment, airway devices, and supplies.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and support multiple procedural areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily anesthesia department operations.
• Ensure anesthesia equipment and supplies are ready and functioning properly.
• Support physicians, CRNAs, and surgical teams.
• Assist with equipment purchasing, inventory, and budgeting.
• Coordinate RT and Paramedic student rotations.
• Partner with leaders to support growth and new programs.
