Job summary

Tufts University School of Medicine in downtown Boston seeks a Program Manager to lead the Anatomical Gift Program (AGP) and oversee Gross Anatomy Labs supporting medical, dental, and allied education. You will coordinate donor communications, lab operations, and safety compliance.

The role requires associate degree and knowledge of donor programs; a Funeral Director/Embalmer license is preferred. Weekend and after-hours duties are included to ensure program continuity.

Qualifications

• Proven program management experience in an academic setting.
• Experience overseeing anatomical donor programs and labs.
• Knowledge of safety, regulatory, and LCME-related guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Anatomical Gift Program and Gross Anatomy Labs for education programs.
• Liaise with donors, families, and external partners; coordinate after-hours coverage.
• Oversee budgets, purchasing, and alignment of lab resources with curriculum.
• Assist with teaching materials and adoption of new technologies for anatomy education.
• Represent Tufts at Pine Hill Cemetery Corporation meetings and related activities.
