• Bachelor's/BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in medical school or higher education, mortuary science, or clinical setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Word processing and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of the gross anatomy teaching laboratory.
• Support for anatomy-related scholarly activity and core facilities.
• Oversee the Anatomical Gifts Program records, cadaver delivery, and disposition.
• Coordinate with faculty, students, and external partners (funeral homes, hospitals, hospice).
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to university policies (HIPAA/FERPA guidance).
• Assist in website and information packet development for the Anatomical Gifts Program.
• Maintain lab inventory and coordinate with IT and facilities for upkeep.
• Prepare labs for daily activities and oversee practical examinations.
