Job summary

Lincoln Memorial University is seeking an Anatomy Lab Facilities Manager for the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine to oversee the day-to-day operations of the anatomy facilities, under the supervision of the Anatomy Department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Five (5) or more years experience in college based medical student education.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to faculty, staff, students and the community.
• Oversee on-site fresh, embalmed and plastinated tissue and maintain day-to-day supervision of the Gross Anatomy Lab and related areas.
• Assist with donor procurement, utilization parameters, disposal and record keeping.
• Ensure laboratory safety and security regulations are strictly followed by faculty, staff and students.
• Coordinate with campus safety and housekeeping on rules, cleaning, storage of chemicals and general lab operations.
• Maintain monthly inventory and oversee equipment, instruments, tools, PPE and technology in all anatomy labs.
• Support the Anatomical Donation Program and coordinate with its leadership on operations.
