Job summary

Index Analytics LLC in Baltimore, MD seeks a Team Lead (Analytics) to define product requirements, guide analytics product development, and drive value through data-driven decision support. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead complex analytics initiatives and manage multi-product backlogs.
Define product requirements and oversee analytics lifecycle from vision to MVPs.
Communicate requirements clearly to developers, testers, and stakeholders.
Mentor analysts and junior staff to build technical and methodological capabilities.
Provide expert guidance to management on technical and analytical considerations.
Serve as a consultant to clients and management for research innovation.
