Job summary

Howden is seeking a Strategic Data & Analytics lead to own end-to-end analytical products that support growth across Howden Employee Benefits. You will collaborate with consultants, client directors, and project teams, delivering reusable components and scalable templates for enterprise-wide use.

You will work in a distributed, fast-growing environment, building Python-based analytics, Shiny for Python, and related stack while ensuring maintainability and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering analytical products from brief to production.
• Built reusable components that teams use repeatedly in analytics.
• Proficient with Python and data visualization tools; able to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Turn broad commercial questions into defined analytics products.
• Own end-to-end delivery from discovery to production use by users.
• Develop reusable libraries, templates and practices for the team.
• Support colleagues' development and maintain momentum in shifting priorities.
