Job summary
ARCHER is seeking a Senior Analytics Lead to design, develop, and optimize complex Tableau dashboards and analytics solutions. You will guide developers and integrate data from warehouses, databases, and APIs, advancing analytics initiatives.
You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption, data modeling, AI-assisted development, and performance improvements, mentoring teammates and delivering impactful dashboards for decision making.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of applied analytics and software engineering experience.
- Expert Tableau skills with strong SQL, Python, R, and Alteryx.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and optimization of Tableau dashboards.
- Mentor developers and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Integrate data from warehouses, databases, and APIs; guide AI-assisted development.
