ARCHER is seeking a Senior Analytics Lead to design, develop, and optimize complex Tableau dashboards and analytics solutions. You will guide developers and integrate data from warehouses, databases, and APIs, advancing analytics initiatives.

You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption, data modeling, AI-assisted development, and performance improvements, mentoring teammates and delivering impactful dashboards for decision making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of applied analytics and software engineering experience.
• Expert Tableau skills with strong SQL, Python, R, and Alteryx.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, optimization, and support of complex Tableau dashboards and analytics solutions, while guiding developers and integrating data from warehouses, databases, and APIs. Advance analytics and engineering initiatives—including responsible AI-assisted development, operational metrics, cloud adoption, and strategic improvements—in partnership with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Requirements: Requires formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 8+ years of applied experience, with expert Tableau skills and experience using SQL, Qlik Sense, Python, R, and Alteryx or comparable tools. Candidates should bring strong data warehousing, data modeling, API, and AI-assisted development expertise, along with a record of leading analytics portfolios, mentoring developers, and partnering with senior stakeholders.
