JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to guide an agile analytics portfolio. You will architect and optimize complex Tableau dashboards, mentor developers through reviews, and collaborate with data and technology teams to drive improvements in data, analytics, and AI-enabled delivery.

You will lead data integration across warehouses and APIs using Python, while promoting secure, scalable engineering practices and measurable outcomes across global functions.

Formación

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 8+ years applied experience.
• Expert hands-on Tableau experience, including complex dashboard design, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Knowledge of BI tools including Tableau, Qlik Sense, Grafana.
• Experience with SQL, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Python, R, and Alteryx or comparable tools.
• Strong data warehouse, data modeling, and diverse DB connections knowledge.
• Extensive API experience for REST APIs and BI integrations.
• Python in analytics, automation, or BI development; experience with AI-assisted tools.
• Ability to manage analytics portfolio, priorities, and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, optimization, and maintenance of complex Tableau dashboards; guide architecture and quality.
• Deliver and oversee embedded Tableau dashboards and workbooks in various formats.
• Explore datasets for trends and insights; build interactive visualizations for drill-down analysis.
• Mentor developers through guidance, reviews, standards, and problem-solving.
• Partner with tech teams, data management, and stakeholders on a continuous-improvement roadmap.
• Lead data integration across warehouses, SQL/NoSQL, and APIs; use Python and automation to improve reliability.
• Promote use of AI-assisted development and governance within team workflows.
• Define, monitor, and report key metrics showing a global operations program health.
